Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Chitown Lash & Wax Co. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from Greenville, South Carolina within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. (Octolize)

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Chitown Lash & Wax Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist by providing any shipping information needed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll review your claim and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
